How to Request Data DeletionIf you want to delete your HelmX account data or data received through Facebook Login, please send an email to:ia.xmleh%40ofni
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
In your email, please include: 
● Your full name, if applicable● The email address used for your HelmX account● A clear request to delete your account data● If you used Facebook Login, mention that your request relates to Facebook Login data
Example request:
“I request deletion of my HelmX account data and any data received through Facebook Login.”What Data Will Be Deleted
After receiving a valid deletion request, HelmX will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including, where applicable:
● Email address● Facebook user ID● Facebook profile picture reference● Account authentication data● Other personal account information connected to your HelmX user profile
Some technical, security, legal, or audit records may be retained if required by law, contractual obligation, security requirements, or legitimate business necessity.
Processing Time
We will process valid data deletion requests within 30 days.After deletion is completed, we may send a confirmation email to the address used to make the request.
